While we were waiting to welcome our third girl to our family we entered your contest to bank her cord blood. Kinley Lyn Moser joined her two sisters Holly and Beckett when she was born in Anchorage, Alaska on August 3, 2005. Before her birth we were shocked to learn we had won the contest to bank her cord blood with your company.
The cord blood retrieval and storage process was very well explained, easy to schedule (despite the hectic time) and the representatives were very professional and prompt. Keeping track of the cord blood is simple and the staff is very courteous. Knowing her cord blood is banked with Cord Blood Family Trust (now StemCyte Family) gives us a piece of mind that cannot be described. We know diseases now and in the future will be fought and cures will be discovered through the research and use of cord blood stem cells. Now our child and perhaps her siblings will have the best chance to beat any potentially harmful genetic medical condition they could face. Although the contest has a monetary value, the piece of mind is priceless.
